We have 3 Samsung TV sets, a 75,50 and 43 in. Very satisfied with all 3. Can recommend virtually all Samsung
Products, as we also have a Samsung oven and microwave. At the price point we are very happy with Samsung.

The tv picture is great. The negative item is the remote control. It is too difficult operate. Since tv channels are based on broadcast stations and numbers, it appears to me it would be more friendly to have numbers displayed on the remote.

I really like the TV. It has a great picture, easy to use menu. The only downside is the remote is difficult to use. I kept the remote from an older model and use that.

Get rid of the lady voice.

I love my new TV!!!
Can’t stand the creepy lady voice that announces everything that happens when I push a button. Can’t figure out how to get her off. You would get a five star if you would take her off!! Drives me bonkers!!
Makes me angry 🤬 Disturbs my peace ☮️
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your TV is announcing everything you do, then Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It is possible that you have turned it on by accident by holding down the volume button on your TV remote.

To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to Home > Settings > All Settings> General > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.
