Great TV but connection problem

We love our Samsung TVs. Our only problem with this one was that we couldn't get it to connect to the wifi so now it is plugged in via ethernet cable. I tried other devices and they had no problems connecting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Good and bad

I got the tv as a Christmas gift. I love the picture quality. My only complaint is the remote. It's already starting to fail to function as it should. In my opinion it's a poor design.
