Excellent - most of the time

While the picture and sound are excellent, there appear to be recurring software issues. One day everything is fine, the next the system does not understand voice commands and fails to connect to the internet. I have four other TVs in my home (two of them Samsung) and there are no issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU6900 TV. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi disconnecting from the TV.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Samsung tv

I like the unit but it stalls . The remote becomes ineffective. I can unplug the tv and it will resume operation. Not sure, but the problem seems to be with tv. In all honesty it could be a wifi issue, however the other tv in the house operates without issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not enough hook ups

When I bought the tv I did not realize that it only has 2 hdmi plugs and no arc plug. It is a pain to get it to sink with the Bluetooth speaker I have. It does have a very good picture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The DU6900 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.

Sound

I’m very disappointed in the tv, I’m a senior, I live in an apartment complex, I have a little hard time hearing the sound. In the daytime it’s ok to have the volume up, but in the evening I use the tv ears to hear it better and not disturb anyone else. Samsung has removed the way to plug the tv ears connection into the back of the set! If I had known this I would have purchased another brand! TV ears said Samsung is the only company doing this!

Bad experience

My Samsung stop working lest than 2 months after purchase. Still no one has came to fix my tv or called back.
