Featureless remote

Overall, I am very satisfied with the television, the remote, however, not so much. The effort to streamline it is overdone in my opinion. Buttons are always better than menu's for efficiency of operation.

CONTINEUOSELY CHANGEING

I've owned this TV for about 3 months and I'm still getting use to it. Espeially when the TV seems to be continuiously changing how it operates. It never stays in a mode where I know how to really operate it without having to learn a new change I didn't request and find my answer by trial and error without having to call for aupport.

Easy Remote with just a few buttons

Upgraded from an older Samsung model, which had a remote with lots of buttons. This new remote with very few buttons is easier to navigate in the dark. Surprisingly, the old remote seems compatible, just in case. The setup was quite easy by logging into my Samsung account and having the settings from another new Samsung TV that I recently bought automatically apply to this one. What a time saver. Picture and sound quality, even without a sound bar, are excellent.

Nice TV at a Good Price.

We've used the TV for about 2 months and it has been great. Nice picture quality and the app set up is fairly easy. Main screen menu options are a little difficult to navigate until you get used to them. Overall very pleased with the function and price of this TV.

Picture is nice and clear . I night the 50” for my son and a month later o bought the same tv but it was a 55” I’ve pushed several Samsungs and have been been very satisfied
