I bought this 5 days ago. Happy with color. Still navigating the screen. The remote isn't responsive like my old Samsung one. Guess what..it works for thiscTV.

I bought two Samsung Smart TVs, not at the same time, the one for the living room first, then one for the bedroom. They are the best purchases I made as far as TVs are concerned.

The remote is difficult to use. I had to order a sound bar and that remote is difficult to use as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can learn how to use the Samsung Smart Remote right from your TV! Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. Find details on how to use the Samsung Smart Remote. Press the menu to use a variety of functions of the Samsung Smart Remote.

Didn’t research prior to purchase only to get it home and realize there are only 2 HDMI ports - not enough.

Great bedroom TV

bought it a month ago, it's perfect for my needs. I prefer Samsung for its reliability and picture quality. Samsung TV Plus saves me big $$$. in lieu of Netflix or other providers. And the picture is awesome!!!

I bought this TV 2 months ago and it is the worst TV I have ever owned. It is not at all user friendly, came with no instructions and I need 3 remotes to make it work. The sound bar cannot be hooked up to it. I am sorry I bought it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your soundbar requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store.
