I am happy with this TV and picture quality but the volume doesnt seem to go loud enough even at 100.

For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

The TV picture is absolutely beautiful! The remote control is something else. There are no instructions on
it's functions. Can't find instructions on the internet without downloading some obscure downloader onto your computer. There are no owner's manuals that come with the TV. You're on your own. I have to ask neighbors for help and they are confused. Put books in the box when you sell a TV. Other than that, The TV is picture perfect if you can figure out how to use it. Much better than my Vizio.

You can learn how to use the Samsung Smart Remote right from your TV! Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. Find details on how to use the Samsung Smart Remote. Press the menu to use a variety of functions of the Samsung Smart Remote.

In 2009 we got our first Samsung. Live love loved it. being disabled I could not be more happy with that remote control. I could place it on my tray and use it with complete ease. The 85" tv we just got SUCKS!!! Can't use the remote at all. Had I known they changed the remote I would not bought it.
