The TV picture is absolutely beautiful! The remote control is something else. There are no instructions on it's functions. Can't find instructions on the internet without downloading some obscure downloader onto your computer. There are no owner's manuals that come with the TV. You're on your own. I have to ask neighbors for help and they are confused. Put books in the box when you sell a TV. Other than that, The TV is picture perfect if you can figure out how to use it. Much better than my Vizio.

You can learn how to use the Samsung Smart Remote right from your TV! Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. Find details on how to use the Samsung Smart Remote. Press the menu to use a variety of functions of the Samsung Smart Remote.

In 2009 we got our first Samsung. Live love loved it. being disabled I could not be more happy with that remote control. I could place it on my tray and use it with complete ease. The 85" tv we just got SUCKS!!! Can't use the remote at all. Had I known they changed the remote I would not bought it.

I am kind of disappointed for two reason: the controller quality is not very good, it does not have a play stop feature, also the controller reciever is on the right so sometimes hard to use controller, desginin it in the middle would be better ssecond reason is the television is kind of slow it would be btter if it was faster, tcl which was 100 dollars cheaper was faster same size also worked better with alexa

I bought this a couple months ago. I'm satisfied with the product. I had seller provide help in installation which was very needed to physically remove the wall mount old TV and replace it with the Samsung. Also installed a subscription service which I have since cancelled due to cost. It has taken me til now to pretty well master use of the remote. I am slow because of age but also slow deliberately as it keeps me from doing things in haste.
