Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

NOTHING TO WRITE HOME TO MOM ABOUT

I FOUND SAMSUNG PICTURE QUALITY TO BE ONLY AVERAGE. THE TV IS NOT GENERAL USER FRIENDLY. IT WAS COMPLICATED TO CONNECT MY ROKU STICK AND IMPOSSIBLE TO MARRY THE REMOTES MAKING ME HAVE TO HAVE ACCESS TO A PERSON THAT IS TECH SAVVY. A TV SHOULD GENERAL USER FRIENDLY. ALSO, THE REMOTE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! WHO EVER HEARD OF A REMOTE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A LIGHT IN THIS DAY AND AGE?? I THINK THAT SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT SAMSUNG THINKING. THE APPS WORK OK SO FAR BUT SAMSUNG LIVE TV OFFERINGS IS JUST AVERAGE. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS TV IS JUST AVERAGE...SO FAR...EXCEPT THE REMOTE IS BELOW AVERAGE BC NO LIGHT. I LIKE THE TV BUT NOTHING TO WRITE HOME TO MOM ABOUT.

unresponsive remote

Great picture quality takes too long to increase the volume. You have to hold a button like forever. I got relatively new batteries in their remote does not have very good range. You have to point it directly at the tv

Unhappy and Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The applications are buggy and I have fios and struggle with internet. Only with this device. Very disappointed. Air play is buggy as well. The imaging is excellent. No complaints on that side. However a lot of tvs have BOTH sides running smoothly.

Best TV Brand Hands Down

First I’d like to say its still hard to believe how amazing Samsung TV’s are. I replaced all my TV’s with Samsung and its quality across the board for every size and model. Samsung TV channels are by far my favorite feature and I remember when it first started and they didnt have many sponsors. Now the free channel catalog has grown and its an unmatched feature. Let alone the overall quality of the TV’s themselves. The menus are so responsive and easy to navigate and feels like I am on a super user friendly computer. No lag between selections or loading, that is a problem all other TV brands have. I tell family and friends and now posting it here. Get a Samsung TV, its like a constant reminder of your good investment that brings content joy to my family whether its a tv show here an there or streaming my phone or computer to it. Thank you Samsung for making products so well that I cant say enough good things about them.
I would recommend this to a friend!
