I bought this a month ago it’s terrible the apps constantly freeze and I have had to reset at least 4 times. Terrible
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

Love the HD

I received this tv as a Christmas gift from my Mom for Christmas because they have the same one and I love the quality of th HD. The only thing is the tv dosnt get loud and the soundbars are expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my new TV!

I recently brought my new TV and I love it. It is so easy to navigate to watch shows display on different streaming platforms. The only problem I had is learning how to use the volume button. I had to have my teenage grandson show me how it works. I was use to pushing down on remote buttons and didn't realize it was a push up and down button. Got love new technology!

Small Remote!!

I love everything about this TV, Except 1 thing!! The Remote!! Why do you make it so small?????? What is the reasoning behind a small remote? It can't be to save space on the coffee table. So why have a remote that is so small that you are going to hit the wrong button? Not to mention,the terrible placement of the mute button.
