I love my TV!

I purchased this TV about 3 weeks ago, and I am very happy with my purchase. The size is great for my bedroom. The picture is phenomenal and the amenities are terrific. I really appreciate the ease in which I can go from streaming back to. my cable choices.

Need to make a app so you can download it on phone in case you lose the remote and use the phone to Operate your TV

An Absolutely Phenomenal TV

I bought 2 of these tv’s a month ago, and when I tell you I did no previous research on these tv’s , I did none! I got home and got them both mounted and immediately after the initial setup up , I was absolutely blown away by everything this tv is capable of doing! I was even more impressed that you can actually game on the tv WITHOUT having a console , it’s absolutely mind blowing !!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor user interface

Terrible user interface; unable to quickly or easily add apps to the home screen. Have to search for them and access that way

Thank you for sharing your experience. Please know that you can customize your Home screen by installing, removing or adding your favorite apps to the Home screen. Here's how:
Select Apps on the Home screen, and then select App Settings at the bottom of the screen. Select an app to use the following options: 1. Add to Home: Move the app to your desired location on the Home screen. 2. Lock: Lock the app with a PIN so only you can use it. When the app is selected again, you will be prompted to enter the PIN to unlock it. 3. Move: Move the app to another location (i.e. Your Home screen) 4. Reinstall: Reinstall the app. 5. View Details: View the app’s information and details.

Great TV. Needs and Digital Audio Output.

I have had this TV for a month and love the clarity of the screen. The audio is also pretty good though I am a little disappointed that there was not a Digital Audio Output, which I wrongly thought was standard on today's televisions (but shame on me for not researching more). I tried using an HDMI (eARC) to connect to my audio receiver, but it did not work. Otherwise, highly recommended
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful picture, easy streaming access.

I am enjoying the new television very much; the picture is beautiful and access to streaming is easier than ever. However, I had a great deal of difficulty getting the device to pair with my Bose sound system. I finally had to purchase cables and a Blue Tooth to get the TV to pair with it. And every time I turn the TV on, I have to wait for the pop-up to ask me if I want to use the Bose. That's annoying. Maybe I need to ask a teenager to look at the "pairing" issue for me.
