The standard remote included with the DU6900 TV does not feature voice controls, but the TV can be control with voice commands as it is compatible with voice assistants like Alexa and Bixby.
To adjust the Sound Settings, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for our main living room and our family loves it. 240 refresh rate makes a difference in samsung Tvs but after looking at all the new oled I need to upgrade. I will always get a samsung when it comes to TV or monitors

Very lightweight easy set up. The only mystery was the volume button. I found it to be a little tricky to get the volume to go up and down. But I am very happy with the product and the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!
