Everything I use is a Samsung product, from phone, smart watch, TV, headphones, to washer and dryer. I couldn't be happier how everything I own from them operates. The next thing I'm saving for is a QLED TV and I'm positive I will love it too.

Not voice capable

This tv says voice remote. The remote is not. The tv doesn't support voice with or without the remote.

We appreciate your purchase and are sorry for any confusion regarding voice assistants. You are correct, the DU6900 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.
Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants.

Sound Issues

I like the picture quality for the price. But very disappointed in sound quality. I bought a sound bar to fix that issue, but very disappointed that the TV does not have an optical output, so I must connect via Bluetooth which causes latency issues.

The DU6900 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.
