I always thought Samsung was the best but not so much anymore constant pixel disruption. I’ve always bought Samsung and I have 5 TV’s probably will try another brand

Nice size poor performance

Too much interference from Sasung suggestions. why not open with full screen rather than previews of unwatchable programming. Sound is very timid and impotent. Had to add a sound bar and woofer.

HORRIBLE way power connected to the back of the TV

This is based on the product! My TV was lovely but poorly designed! It took e 6 months to figure out the problem! The wire that went from the power to the TV plugged into the back of the TV but kept loosening — it wouldn’t stay plugged in — and would just slide out so that the TV kept losing full contact and would repeatedly have a blank screen with a white rotating circle, suddenly connect and picture and sound would come on, then go off again. When I finally figured it out it was an awkward angle for me to push the power connector back up so it connected. It might work for a few days or a few hours or a few minutes. I never knew. I’m 83 and got it as a bonus gift when I moved into this independent living facility. One night I pushed up a little too hard in my frustration and knocked it off its stand and onto my toe. Well the toe has healed but the TV didn’t survive. I purchased a non-Samsung replacement and am living happily ever after!

Early defect

We were pleased with the tv until it developed a thin vertical blank line on left side of screen. Should not have defect this soon.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your DU6900 TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this may require service.
