I do not like that the television cannot be accessed by on/off buttons, channel buttons, etc.that are part of the physical television. Also not being able to buy another remote in case the original gets lost.

My TV sucks! My connection out here in the country Is horrible and my TV shuts down all the time for no reason!

My only disappointment is that the remote does not have the voice feature? So I guess I have to buy my own remote, frustrating unless they want to send me the correct remote
