The picture and overall resolution is great. The start up instructions were not included but online. I guess we're a bit old school and like an instruction manual. The one thing that is still difficult to master is the remote and channel changing. We have not yet figured out how to designate our favorite channels or to select a channel without scrolling through the whole thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We r so pleased by our new Samsung TV and its picture and sound. Our 14 yo connected the tv and our surround sound. The resolution is awesome and it is so fast, refresh is fast. The new processor is awesome and we have only good things to say and recommend about this tv.

For the price I would say it's very good, picture is great, only thing is the remote sucks !!!! Guess they were trying be like Mercedes with the one nob, different streaming services don't work the same and after 6 months it still sucks!!!
