you need to supply a remote for all tv's that has numbers on keypad and bigger for us old folks

Always has issues

The tv it self is good quality but I constantly am having issues with staying connected to the tv or the tv freezes quite often. It’s not even a year old and I’m constantly having to reset the tv

Dark Picture

The picture on this t.v. is so dark most times I can’t see what i am watching. I have tried adjusting the brightness, etc. Nothing helps. Terrible picture and would not buy another one.

Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Great picture and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product for streaming and cable. I enjoy the fact that the operating system now allows selecting my cable package just like a streaming app. My other Samsung requires switching inputs or moving to app selection. The picture is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 75-inch Samsung Crystal TV is by far the best tv I've ever owned. Beautiful picture and sound. Watching it feels just like being in a movie theater. I couldn't recommend it more highly.
