[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal UHD series is designed to bring 4K clarity and smart TV features to the mainstream market without the premium price tag of Samsung’s QLED or OLED models. After spending some time with it, here’s what stands out.
Picture Quality
The Crystal UHD TVs deliver sharp 4K resolution that looks crisp and detailed, especially with native 4K content. Samsung’s Crystal Processor 4K also does a good job upscaling HD shows and movies, so even older content looks cleaner. Color performance is a highlight — PurColor and Dynamic Crystal Color tech help produce rich, vibrant tones that are a big step up from basic entry-level TVs.
HDR support is present, and it makes bright scenes pop with better contrast. However, since this is still a standard LED panel without advanced dimming zones, dark scenes can look a little flat compared to premium TVs.
Samsung’s Tizen OS continues to be one of the best smart TV platforms out there. It’s quick, responsive, and packed with apps like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube right out of the box. Voice assistant integration (Alexa, Google Assistant, or Bixby) adds convenience for hands-free control
The Samsung Crystal UHD TV is a great choice if you want a reliable, affordable 4K smart TV that still looks stylish and delivers strong everyday performance. It’s perfect for streaming, sports, and casual gaming, though cinephiles or competitive gamers may want to invest in higher-end QLED or OLED models.

Love my Samsung 65 in TV, love all my Samsung stuff my watch,my phone my TV my soundbar, now I'm just looking for a Samsung 43 inch TV for my bedroom got to save money for that unless Samsung's going to send me one because I got so many of their other products LOL let me know I'll give you my address no I love all Samsung stuff

The picture quality on this tv is amazing. Crisp and bright colors. Sound is amazing. We love this one so much we are going to switch out 2 other tvs for Samsung. Definitely worth every penny. Top quality.

Clear crisp picture,the remote was a learning curve .But we have had this TV for 10 months and I love the quality.Only gripe is paramount + is hard to download,haven’t managed that yet.Overall a really great purchase for us
