[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our family/game room TV, upgraded from the Samsung LED, just wow!! Kids and I love to play Splatoon and now way more fun seeing the colors so bright.
Good to see it connected with my phone right away, set was a breeze.

The TV is awesome , nothing for excuses however I think that you hide all the benefits of the remote control , that's it

We’ve had this tv for a few weeks now. This tv is well worth the money. It has great sound and a great picture, and color. The only reason I rated it a four is the refresh rate is slow, but other than that I would rate it a five.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This TV is not compatible with my Cable Provider FIOS so it is almost useless

Make sure that your external device is connected securely and turned on. Move to Sources to switch to other input sources: Source > Sources.
Using HDMI Troubleshooting, you can check the connection to HDMI cable and external devices (takes approx. 2 minutes). Source > Connection Guide > Video Device > HDMI Troubleshooting,
Also, please check the broadcast signals or the network that is connected to your cable box.
