Rip off wont buy another

I bought TV for my mother 70" in size a few weeks later it had a blue line down the middle from top to bottom you guys sent a tech to look at it and he said it had been dropped and he wont touch it and left will never buy a samsung again

Great Picture wifi seems weak

This TV has a great picture and features my only complaint is the wifi hardware in the TV seems to be weak. I have an amazon fire tv cube located underneath the TV on a stand which connects better to the internet that I use for streaming apps instead of the TV. I dont understand why the amazon cube connects better but when I use the TV wifi it works intermittently working for about an hour then disconnects. On the TV I am using the 2.4 band, I have also tried the 5.0 band but the results are the same.Also I like the older samsung remotes with number buttons compared to this new version. I like the new remote as it needs no batteries I just would rather have more manual functions. Half of the remote is Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Samsung Plus. I dont not find these buttons useful. Although the remote is workable

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
