My Samsung TV has more features than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy streaming TV shows and movies on my Samsung TV. The color and contrast are so crisp and bright and colorful. The picture quality is more vivid and detailed with 4 K. This is the first TV I have had with an internet browser and it connects to my Samsung Watch and Phone. My Samsung TV has so much more to offer as far as streaming apps and Samsung TV Plus.

I enjoy all features apps and programming /good clarity!! Simple to set up Colors are excelent. Thinking to buy another one later
TV control needs a bit time to know it may be challenging when is dark

Awesome TV for the money!

I just purchased this TV a month ago and selected it as it one one of only two 60” TV’s that I could find. I needed this exact size to fix above my upper Fireplace surround. It is a very impressive TV for the money, with a great picture and the interface is fast and streaming content is very easy. It is as fast as a Fire Stick and the remote is compact and actually functions the same as a Fire Stick remote. Standard sound is acceptable , however I am using a 9 year old sound bar and it works great with this TV. Is you need this rare 60” size it is a great choice and a great value for the $!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love our Samsung TV's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not the only Samsung TV that we have and we love them all. There are many great features. We enjoy Samsung TV plus there is a ton of good content here for free. So much so that we have ditched cable.
We also have Samsung phones and appliances so we really enjoy how easily they all connect to each other and share notifications.
I highly recommend getting in the ecosystem to enjoy all of the features.

Not Good!

TV has myriad conflicts with Comcast Xfinity, Samsung remotes and applications like Paramount+ . I have to reboot it nearly every day to clear freezing apps. Having only 2 HDMI inputs limits the flexibility of inputs. I don't like it.

If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV:

1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

My tv does not have alexa, just disappointed in the tv compared to my Hisense Just over all do not care for it..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your purchase and are sorry for any confusion regarding voice assistants. You are correct, the DU6900 does not have voice assistants built in. However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants.
