[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the tv it help my wife see pictures better. There is a couple things we need to say the remote control has problems hard to turn the volume up and down because of the remote doesn’t connect with the tv very well and there is no voice control to the remote. Overall it was a great experience for us

Crystal UHD, Better Than Expected

I bought this TV because of its reviews and price. I must say I was pleasantly surprised about how much I liked the TV. Colors were bright and the picture was clear. Truly showing the benefits of 4K.
I read the user guide and set up of my TV went smoothly.
I have bought Samsung QLED models previously and still
wish to buy one when situations arise. This is why I wrote this review. In many ways this Crystal UHD performed as well as my QLED.
I highly recommend this TV if you are interested in quality at a great price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Speakers are not the best

Pictures OK comparative to the same price value of both TVs. The volume is absolutely terrible. You have to turn to the max to hear some channels.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

SOUND SYSTEMS

Since its installation, I have had problems with the sound. It makes a popping noise when CHANGING THE CHANNELS, NOT EVEN USING THE SOUND BUTTON. I have called 3 times to report the problem and each time I was told the same thing. Unplug the TV from the wall, leave off and then restart, that should clear the problem, does not. Last time I had to go through a factory reset, lost all my passwords for features on the TV and had to reset everything. The TV still makes a popping sound when changing the channels. Not only that there is not a feature on the TV to have stereo sound or theatrer sound, very inadequate for the sound system. There are some stations I have to cut the sound up to 47-50 in order to hear it.

If you are hearing a loud noise, it could be caused by electrical feedback. I recommend the following:

1. Arranging the cables and making sure the TV has good ventilation will keep it quiet.

2. Check the cables. Make sure all cables are connected firmly to the proper, color-coded inputs on the TV and on the external devices.

3. Replace the audio connection cable.

Replace the audio connection cable, even if it is an HDMI or RF coaxial cable. Then test again to see if the issue still occurs.

4. Try connecting a different external device to the same input on the TV.

Connect a different device to the same input on the TV using the same connection cables.

For example, if a cable box is connected using the component connections, try connecting a DVD player to the same input with the same cables.

If there is no buzzing, crackling, or humming with the second external device connected, the original device (the cable box in this example) is the source of the noise.
