Remote Model Fail

I have been purchasing Samsung TV brands since I purchased my first home back in the early 2000’s and have always been please with you products, I enjoy my Samsung TV, the only issue is the remote I hate that volume button it’s very hard on the fingers especially if you suffer with hand and finger joint pain. Otherwise all is great with my Samsung TV
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has immediate mirroring with your Samsung phone, my Galaxy S23 FE, without the need for wifi. With wifi you get an expansive array of options that include Samsung TV. Unbelievable amount of stations and shows for everyone. Gaming is brought to the forefront without the need of the console. Play with or without. This TV has it all. I can't believe there is a more complete TV on the market. A must buy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my TV for Christmas from my fiancé. It was installed by a professional in January, and here it is in June and there's already a line in the pixels from the top to the bottom of the screen! There is no damage that i can find or see. It was working perfectly until a few days ago. Then in February my fiancé passed away and i can not find the receipt. I can not do ANYTHING about this!! I am so extremely disappointed, frustrated and hurt. I can't watch TV without a big line right in my view, it's terrible!! I have everything Samsung in my house, but I guess that's going to change!!

We appreciate your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your DU6900 TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
