Don't buy this television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my 65 inch Samsung TV on 03-08-2025 and already I have a black line inside the screen. I am so disappointed with this company. If you buy any products from this company you are only paying for the name. So do not buy anything from this company or with this companies name attached to the product.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the screen abnormalities you’re seeing on your DU6900 TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this may require service. For help with setting up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. needs more inputs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for the bedroom. Picture is great, sounds a lil week but what can u expect from a thin flat screen, thats why we got a sound bar. Controls are intuitive and easy to navigate. Other then sound as expected.. the amount of inputs is lacking. Have to many devices and had to get a hdmi switcher. But hey. I have 4 game consoles and fire stick and blurry player... I get it its alot. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Samsung model UN55DU6900FZA TV No audio out

I purchased a Samsung Model model UN55DU6900FZA Television in late 2024. We have a home full of Samsung products, pretty much they made it we own it.
I just went to install a GN Resound TV Streamer (transmits the audio to my hearing aids) to the audio out on the TV purchased late in 2024. I am sure you can imagine how mad I was to find there is NO audio out of any kind on this model. Had I known that, I would NEVER had purchased this TV. I will never purchase another Samsung Product. This should be standard practice and required by the U.S. Government ADA.

The DU6900 TV offers 2 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capable, allowing a seamless connection across multiple devices at a time. If your external device requires an Optical port, we recommend utilizing an HDMI to Optical Converter. These can be found at your local electronics store. Please also keep in mind that an Optical port can be found on our DU8000F Series and above.
