Your remote control has 3 downloading options located at the bottom (Prime, Disney & Netflix). You put them there because these 3 streaming services paid you to put them there. Further, you placed them in a position where they could easily (accidentally) be hit. Then you disabled your sound-levelling function so your commercials would play LOUDLY - with an ulterior motive. Beyond that, you have an excellent product, which you can sell inexpensively, because you are making heavy profits through your remote control.

I purchased this for my Christmas gift to myself. I was really surprised at the easy setup and the super colors this TV has. I'm really happy with this purchase and I wonder why it took me so long to get a Samsung TV.

I love my Samsung just wish I had gotten a bigger screen and I wish the remote was a little easier to work but overall really satisfied with it
