The remote control isn’t working anymore. I have several Samsung TVs and have been super happy. But over the last 4-5 months, the remotes on two TVs are horrible. I’ve tried different remotes and they don’t work well either. Major delay in response we once you press a button. Has to be the TV

I bought this TV back in November 2024 and I love it. The price was right but I will be upgrading this year. Samsung just gets better with time. Only issue I have is with the remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your remote control has 3 downloading options located at the bottom (Prime, Disney & Netflix). You put them there because these 3 streaming services paid you to put them there. Further, you placed them in a position where they could easily (accidentally) be hit. Then you disabled your sound-levelling function so your commercials would play LOUDLY - with an ulterior motive. Beyond that, you have an excellent product, which you can sell inexpensively, because you are making heavy profits through your remote control.
