This is not a good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remote is not easy to use volume button act also mute button , using fast forward button in real poor remote , Tv WiFi very poor cuts in out . Better off buying a top brand .Have other Samsung TVs that are great but this one needs to be called

The picture & color is amazing. My whole family loves it. It is easy to use & stream. This is a very high quality tv. It is made to last. I would recommend it.

Great picture, bad interface, ok overall

Picture is great, I have no complaints there.
App navigation on the TV is unmanageable. I have used a Fire Stick or Nvidia ProShield with the TV to be able to use apps in a more user friendly way.
