TV is great, Remote needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first "smart" TV and I will say it does have a lot of nice features. Very clear picture if the source can utilize it. TV response is fast when going through channels and menus. My father could not figure out the remote and after a week I had to find an older Samsung remote that was a more traditional style that he could actually use. Was able to set it up so some the internet channels could be saved to favorites and he could flip right to them like an old school TV. So overall nice TV but the channel and volume buttons are no good for older folks who lack fine motor control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung for general all round I use the smart view alot very happy with size color sound I also use with my PS5 the 75 inch is beautiful view I've had several tvs but samsung is what I've been using past 2 and half decades I've had standard I had the 78 curve I really liked that one my phones, watches, surround sound , tvs, icebox,washer and dryer, microwave everything is samsung and will purchase samsung in fore seeable future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following the prompts the set up was easy. I am happy with the picture it’s color is Vibrant. I would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade . Right now I’m using just apps and a dvd player for my tv watching no cable bills just Wi-Fi. Your Samsung plus has a nice variety for my needs.
