Easy to setup and use , menu items clearly marked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for movies, TV programs, streaming services and gaming, very easy to switch between apps, WiFi basically sets itself up and same with Bluetooth, I have highly recommend it to family and friends who are looking for easy use especially for seniors. Gaming quality is great and color and clarity for a large screen TV is outstanding.

Picture suddenly turned black

If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues.
1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution.

Great Buy!

Color is amazing. Movies and shows show more details as well. We are very happy with our choice to buy this television.

So far I like my Samsung tv, but I hate the remote controller. It is very hard to navigate. Sound quality not good and very few options to improve it. Speakers are in back of tv.
