My Dream TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m absolutely obsessed with my Samsung Crystal UHD TV. The picture is so clear that it feels like I’m watching my favorite shows and movies in real life. The sound is amazing. I also love how my Xbox turns in when I turn on my TV. I absolutely love that I can connect my headphones to my TV so that I can watch my paranormal videos without disturbing my loved ones. I can even connect my phone and love that that I can access the internet right from my TV, it’s like a huge computer screen. One more feature I love is the sleep screen when the TV has been inactive for a certain amount of time.

Love Samsung tv

I bought my first Samsung smart tv after seeing my daughter's. I now have one in my bedroom and living room. Everyone that has seen it can't believe how beautiful the picture is. From now on I will only buy a Samsung.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU6900 TV and for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying properly. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections
2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, and fixed horizontal or vertical lines.
3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?
4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?
5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)
6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception
