Usually Samsung TVs are really good. This one here is not working very well. Drops me out of apps doesn’t connect to the Wi-Fi and it’s always delayed when you try to push the buttons

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Great! But...

I bought this TV to replace a smaller Samsung TV. Great product. But, I wish the remote was flat instead of rounded on the back. I can't simply press the buttons while on my nightstand. The remote rolls over. Flat back remotes do not have this issue. Small issue but annoying. Next issue is the menu structure. I only use YouTube TV. It would be nice if this TV simply remained on the most recently used source when powered up. However, every time I turn it on I must go through a series of menus just to pick up where I left off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my first Samsung Smart TV. I can say I'm happy with it. It was easy to set up. I love all the different features it has. The size is perfect.

Great for Gaming/Streaming.

Non-operative Remote

I was a big fan of Samsung until I purchased this tv a few months ago. I didn't check the box, thinking Samsung made regular remotes. Boy was I wrong. The remote included with this tv has very few buttons and is very difficult to operate. Whoever thought of making a remote like this should have their head examined. Had I checked the box, this tv would have been returned. I am very disappointed with Samsung and I am now stuck with a non-operative remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
