Great TV, bad remote

I bought this a few months ago. The view is fine, but the remote is terrible- can't get it to do voice recognition. The instructions on how to use the remote offered no solution..

We appreciate your purchase and are sorry for any confusion regarding voice assistants. You are correct, the DU6900 does not have voice assistants built into the remote. However, the TV does work with Alexa and other voice assistants. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants.

Easy to setup

We are very happy with this tv. Good picture. Easy set up with cable, internet, Netflix & Hulu. As usual, the Samsung remote is very disappointing. Why Samsung makes you go through hundreds of channels with an up/down arrow instead of there being number keys on the remote to simply enter channel number(s) really puzzles me? That is the only reason I took a star away, but I do think it's a big deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new Samsung TV and are very happy with the purchase. I had never set up a new TV before so I want sure what I was getting into but the set up was easy. Really, the TV led me what to do. I scanned in my pre- existing items such as Amazon Prime and Netflix and it was very easy. The remote is easy to use and Samsung displays all the channel options. We are very happy with our purchase and the clarity of the picture is amazing.
