Samsung TV was a Christmas present. Beautiful picture. Tuning and functions too complicated! No audio output facilities for hearing aid devices

Great TV, bad remote

I bought this a few months ago. The view is fine, but the remote is terrible- can't get it to do voice recognition. The instructions on how to use the remote offered no solution..

However, the TV does work with Alexa and other voice assistants. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants.
