We like the tv. Beautiful color and great sound. Easy to hook up. Our only issue is the remote. It doesn't have a talk feature which would be very helpful.

I purchased my Samsung TV about a month ago, and it is great! It has over 365 free channels on Samsung TV, and it also gets everything on the Internet. It has so many channels that we didn't even have to pay for television service. That saves a lot!

Switched to Samsung and now I won’t go back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always gone with another brand when it came to TV’s. Never strayed from that for as far back as I can remember. Didn’t even look at other brands when it came to replacing my TVs. Then one day the business I was working at had gotten in some Samsung TVs and we had been looking to get a new one. Decided to give it a try on a whim - We absolutely love it! Clear picture, great colors, incredibly smooth and crisp. We love to game and are huge movie watchers. It’s perfect for both and it’s affordable, when playing games it runs smooth and keeps up with our gaming. Movies show up clear and even older ones are upscaled to be as crisp as possible. The blacks are deep and dark and the whites are clear and vibrant. Don’t have enough great things to say. Will soon be replacing all of our TV’s to Samsung. New customer for life!

50" Class Crystal UHD DU6900

I have a 65" and a 50" they are the best TV's I have ever had...4k best picture smart TVs connects to everything I watch...I had a 50" LG in the bedroom that lasted only a couple years and the company did nothing to help with it so I bought the 50" Class Crystal UHD DU6900 ,,,the 65" is three time older then the LG was and is still like brand new. I will always own Samsung TV's period.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sound problem

There's something wrong with the sound. The regular channels are fine, but the streaming channels have low volume.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

This tv is the best I’ve ever bought

I wanted a bigger tv and not only did I get bigger but also better this is one of the Best Buy’s I’ve made ever the picture is clean and it’s like the screen has the picture in the room with you and the volume is awesome I love my Samsung tv

I do like Samsung tvs but I am not happy with this one. It only has 2 hdmi ports no fiber for sound. The sound volume is not consistent, the brightness is dim ( I have mine maxed out)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
