I bought this a few months ago. IT is a great addition to my samsung products. It really does have a crystal picture with easy access to all apps including Samsung TV.

We constantly have issues with the sound, even though we bought a Samsung soundbar. Also a neighbor has found a way to take over our tv and soundbar. No way to block them. Thank you for not making it easy. We also can’t get some of our favorite apps. We had to by a Fire Stick to get of our subscriptions that we watch.

It really sucks now when u buy a tv cauae it doesn't always stay in the. Country and when u take it internationally it can't work properly and u have to sign up for an account. It suck. Why so.wthing that use to be so simple has to be so difficult now

I HATE IT. can't get the channels I want unless I go thru direct tv which is too expensive. NO PLACE TO PUT A FIRE STICK EITHER. Remote is a piece of s___t.
