Difficult to use.

I love the picture. It's crystal.
The TV itself is very difficult to use. EXAMPLE: Let's say I switch to my FireStick. Then, when I am done watching what ever I was watching on the FireStick, I want to go back to cable TV. How do I do that??? Who knows. I have to literally shut off my TV & start over again. Also, there aren't enough ports on the back. I have my FireStick & Cable box plugged in. There is no where to plug in my BlueRay player. What if I want to show the pictures on my phone? Nope, can't do that, either.

Good tv set, most of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most I do enjoy the tv, image is sharp and the standard fetures are okay. The few things I don't like is the wifi connection just cuts out for no reason, sometimes I've had to unplug the tv so it would connect again. Also would've like to see more inputs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for streaming shows mostly but my husband also plays video games on it. The apps are super simple to work my husband doesn't even have to hook his gaming console to the TV it was built in. The remote app is probably my all time favorite feature I use it daily. Voice control is nice. I never have any difficulties getting to whatever I am looking to do whether it be switching through apps or stations to find something to watch, listening to music, or even playing a game. Pictures and sound quality are amazing. I wouldn't recommend any other tv.
