[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up the Samsung UN65DU6900DXZA, and honestly, I'm thrilled with it, especially considering the price! I was looking for a big screen to upgrade my living room, but didn't want to break the bank. This TV hit the sweet spot.
The picture quality is fantastic. The 4K Crystal UHD is really noticeable – the colors are vibrant, and everything looks sharp and clear. I've been watching a lot of movies and shows, and I'm consistently impressed with how good everything looks. Even fast-paced action scenes are smooth, with minimal blur. I'm not a tech expert, but I know what looks good, and this TV delivers.
Setup was a breeze. I had it out of the box and running in no time, and the Tizen smart TV interface is intuitive. I can easily access all my streaming apps, and the processor is quick enough that navigating menus and launching apps is snappy.
For the price, I honestly don't think you can find a better 65-inch 4K TV. It's a great value, and I'm really happy with my purchase. If you're looking for a big, beautiful TV without spending a fortune, this is it.

Love the TV! We are truly enjoying the apps that it includes and the quality of the images. It was easy to connect and haven’t had any issues when setting up accounts to enjoy different streaming applications.

Crystal makes it looks better the before

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish is was a smart TV the new ones. Where I can add my camera and do other things. Seems like a flat screen TV regular to me. Nice view but not smart got the add stuff to it. Maybe I got the older version. Still the old TV play games and watch movies with DVD blue ray player.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues you are having with apps freezing on your DU6900 TV.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Next, I recommend ensuring your favorite apps are up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the desired app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.

Then we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on the app and then select “Reinstall.”

Samsung tvs are the best!
