Great for 4K!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this TV for my birthday. It has a great picture and is HiDef. I especially like the Samsung TV Plus. I never had a Samsung TV before and I was unsure of the quality, I am a different brand person other than Samsung. But I am very happy with it. It is big and the picture is great! I bought a good sound system with a great subwoofer, and a sound bar and it fills the room with sound. In 4K the detail is amazing. The color is very good not totally lifelike, but it does the job. Now what I don't like. The remote control is a pain to use. It too small and not user friendly. The TV should come with a good size remote control. The TV screen is not matt it is like glass and it reflects light. I don't like that about the TV. Other than that it is a good TV and I would buy another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the picture on this tv ! The sound is so-so and I’ll probably add a small soundbar. There is one issue that has driven myself and my wife crazy and that’s the fact that the remote HAS to point to the lower right bottom of the tv as that’s where the small “reader” is for the remote. All the menus are on the left both upper and lower so you naturally want to point the remote in that direction but it must be lower right or you get no response.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the TV so my girlfriend could watch tv in our bedroom and I could stream Xbox straight to the TV. I can now play Xbox in my bedroom without having to move the Xbox series x out of the living room. It is the big reasons why I prefer Samsung tv as I think they are the only ones able to do this and it works almost flawlessly most of the time. I am sure when it does glitch that it is probably the internet speed droping down. Also playing games like Pacman and trivia with the remote is pretty fun for a quick session waiting to watch a movie or TV show. Would recomond this TV to any fellow gamers who don't want to shell out more money for another xbox because gamepass works well on this tv. Even if you don't have Xbox, you can still buy games on your account and just play them streaming onto the TV. It doesn't have every game on the system, but it is amazing purchase and will buy another Samsung tv in the future.

Gorgeous display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful display amazing for gaming the only thing I could complain about is after a bit the quick menu slows a bit and I want immediate no delay so sometimes I click the wrong thing then have to wait longer but still wouldn't trade my samsung for any other tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV all the sudden stopped working when I turn it on it only stays on for 10 seconds before turning off for 10 seconds and turns back on and off and on and the only way to shut it off is by unplugging it

We appreciate you sharing the issue you're having with your DU6900 TV. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:
1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.
2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.
3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.
If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement.
