We've had our Samsung TV three years now. I was excited to try their TV as I've always purchased Sony through the years and only buy Samsung phones. Disappointment with this product is an understatement. Problem one started a while ago where the picture was blurry for about a minute but eventually cleared up. Problem two was that the picture would zoom in without provocation forcing you to shut the TV and restart it. The latest problem was a vertical line of black pixels on the left of the screen. After an exhausting several calls to Samsung help center, I was told there was nothing they could do but would give me an extended warranty on a new set. To spend more money after just three years put a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I'll just go back to Sony.

Excellent TV

I’m a minimalist, so selecting a sleek, modern TV for my condo was important to me. After several days of comparison shopping, I chose Samsung. The vibrant picture quality, intuitive remote, and impressive features made it the clear winner.

I love everything about this TV except the remote. It is too difficult to relearn how to use for someone who has memories issues. It is not user friendly. That is the only reason for the 4 starts. It has a great picture! I would not recommend.
