I absolutely hated the constant push for you to use the AI features that no one asked for. The phone did not feel like an upgrade spec wise either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung has the right ideas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For having a flip to a no. Flip phone I do recommend the new 25's. Super fast. Battery lasts awhile (as long as your not on 100 apps at a time like I am at times) AI feature is easily accessible and user friendly. Love the cameras! I took my son's senior photos with it and they came out amazing.

This is the worst phone Samsung has produced. extremely buggy and slow. nothing works as it should. my touch screen just doesn't work at times most websites won't load the first time. it takes screen shots while being off all the time. the battery barely last 8hrs. I appreciate the side bars, but they have gone way to far you can't swipe across any part of the screen without one of the many side bars opening up. the connectivity via blue tooth is very spotty loose connection constantly. every call that is not in my phone list comes up a "possible spam". Buyer beware this phone is not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
