[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a devoted Samsung Galaxy customer. I've always owned a Samsung Galaxy, except for the HTC that I owned. I traded in my midnight black S20 plus for a nice looking navy blue S25 plus. I miss the S20 plus' external SD slot and I love how my S20 plus looked and how it felt in my hands. It looked and felt like an expensive jewel. I like my S25 plus a lot, particularly the many useful AI features. I use the AI features for detailed informational purposes and to identify things via the camera. I use my S25 plus to make and receive calls, texts and email. In addition, I use it for personal and entertainment, including casting videos and movies to my Samsung TV and streaming and audio casting my music playlist to my Bose Smart Speaker 500. Overall, I really like my S25 plus and the updated internal software and hardware features.

And now with AI, it's even better and I didn't think that was possible. Thr screen is just the right size. Every app that comes on it is wonderful. And it is so easy to navigate and work with. I can so almost anything on this phone.
