Overheating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously had the galaxy ultra , the 22 and 23, I loved those phones. This phone however I do not. It overheats easily. I had to Google what to do and I had to dial down the performance of the device. which makes owning it and paying that price pointless. It's really effected everything , I don't like it and it was too late to return it by the time I figured it out. So I'm stuck with this device. Never again. I can't watch movies or play games for long at all before I have to let it cool down. It's like a planned self distruct. overheating will cause the device to eventually fail. Then I will have to buy a new one which is the point I guess. Oh I do enjoy the galaxy AI so that's nice.

Samsung Galaxy PLUS ULTRA!!!!!

I like all the features on my phone but adding a headphone jack and expandable memory helps me not feel inferior to other countries that allow those things on a phone that the USA versions don't have.

It could have better battery
