A nice upgrade from an aging galaxy note 10+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all use our phones for so much these days. I know I did everything possible on my Galaxy Note 10+. But the Samsung Galaxy S25 can also do it all. My only real complaint is that I no longer have an SD card slot. I never knew my 6 year old Note 10+ was slow until I used the s25. It's amazing how far technology has come in 6 years. The SOC has gotten ridiculously powerful.
I used to have a Samsung Galaxy s10e, and the regular s25 seems very comparable to it, just with better specs in every way. Don't get me wrong, I love and adore my Note 10+. It's a monster of a phone though. Almost too big, but just right for consuming content on the daily. The regular s25 is just right for someone with smaller-ish hands. It feels so good in the hands lemme tell ya.
The screen is nice too. The extra 120hz mode is nice. Maybe I'm just an old dinosaur and prioritize battery life over extra "smoothness", but honestly I couldn't really tell that big of a difference .
The galaxy AI stuff is nice to have I guess. But honestly, I never really use it.
The build quality is nice. I miss my aura glow color of my note 10+, but at the same time, I gotta put a case on my phones because I'm accident prone, and this is a pricey investment. I hope to get 5-6 years out of this thing, so I'm counting on you, Samsung, to keep the updates coming.
Honestly I'd still be using my note 10+ with the screen burn in and the cracked screen if it were still up to date on software.
