The best change I could've made

I have used the same phone brand since 2008 and was entirely against switching, but this has been the best decision for me. The interface and consistent enhancements keep up the speed and security of the phone making it enjoyable to use without worries!
One great feature is Galaxy AI, which makes using the phone while doing chores like dishes or laundry so much easier. Other AI can't keep up with requests or need things to be said in a specific way to act on the request, but Galaxy AI feels like just talking to someone. You ask it something and it actually understands or follows up to clarify if you've been vague -- it's a game changer!

I traded in my old Galaxy Note 9 for this phone, and its been nothing but incredible. From the fast speeds, to the impressive battery life and bigger storage; I've found this phone to be great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was used to the S 10 plus phone. When it broke I had to get a new phone which is the S25 no plus. The plus editions of these phones makes a tremendous difference and I hope to get a replacement in the plus series as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.
