Phone starts out great, quickly falls off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get the new Galaxy and even signed up for a new service account. For the first month, I was very pleased with its performance but since then it has become very lackluster and inconsistent. The touch screen can be annoyingly unresponsive and my apps often have to be stopped to work properly (and I don't have that many apps to begin with). Despite keeping it updated and serviced, it looks like I'll have to replace it soon.

Upgraded from an S23 and I'm very happy. The S25 is very responsive, slightly thinner and lighter which is good for me. The screen is crisp, clear, images load quickly. Overall a positive upgrade.

After six years with the Samsung S9 and over three years of no software updates, an upgrade was overdue for security at the very least. The Snapdragon processing speed of the S25 is leaps and bounds over the S9's, running 5G in the wild and 6E at home. I do miss the edge display and rear-mounted health sensor on the S9, which probably will force me get a Samsung watch or equivalent for what I had as standard feature in the old phone. For the most part though, it is a positive upgrade.

I am disappointed. I upgraded my phone to the s25 because I got an good trade in on my old phone. Well I should have done some research. Now I do not have any micro SD card expansion. So I down graded from a 7 year old phone. Why would they take that out?

I received it and was on the phone setting it up, first few hours of having it and it was HOT!! This phone was hot then and if I use it too long, it gets verrry hot still! I love everything about except that and that is the reason I gave it 3 stars. Its hot in my pocket, hot in my hand, hot when I use it, hot when it's charging... everything. It's too much.

FASTER RESPONSE TIME AND EASIER MANAGEABILITY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seamless video performance in new phone, I use on multiple platforms and have had no issues. Battery life is exceptionally better, doesn't have a lag time while I stream. Better photos as well as audio performance. The extended memory helps with the hundreds of photos I take for my everyday use as well as those needed for my related endeavors across several platforms. Samsung wallet has been improved as well. Great job. The seamless action across several apps astounds me that everything is exceptionally better. "Audio Eraser" is a new tool i have started to get familiar with as well as "NowBrief". Where have these apps been my whole life, lol.
