Didn't download things right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was the perfect size, but I had a lot of problems downloading from my old phone to the Samsung galaxy s25. I sent it back. I don't know if it was the company we switched to. We switched back to our original company. I still haven't gotten a new phone yet. A little leary now.

Overheating issue is frustrating

Though i like the comfort of the phone by how it feels when held and looks, i should have done further research by others regards to their reviews on online forums and social media reviews because the phone over heats for to it's snapdragon 8 elite chipset so i had to do a buyer's remorse and got another one of the same kind. Well, my replacement is much better but slightly heats sometimes

This product is ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a refurbished phone, what they supplied me under warranty. Even with 5G, connectivity is not as good as expected. Camera works pretty well, takes good pictures. Phone is glitchy.
