[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is the absolute worst phone I have ever owned. I thought I was upgrading from my Note 20 Ultra and did a huge downgrade. It completely sucks.

Save your money and move on...

Hey I've been a Samsung Die Hard for many, many years. Got this S25 through T-Mobile. Didn't come with a wall plug just a cord. AI is all up in your face, you just can't seem to disable or uninstall the BLOAT. About the time you think you have the phone setup the way you want. Then come the updates, back to square one... Gets EXTREMELY warm/hot during charging. Not sure it will handle drops very well even with the best of cases. Just generally disappointed with this phone...

I continue to get updates that mess me up. I have to seek advice as to change things back. The latest suggested i swipe to view most popular apps. Out of curiosity, I did and completely lost my Home screen setup. Now I can't even make calls
