[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to this phone I had a galaxy s9 phone. That phone lasted me 8 years and was very reliable. It had run every game i wanted including more graphics untensive ones like shining nikki with little trouble and the camera was quite good. So when that phone got a few cracks after years of enduring my constant clumsiness i figured i would just upgrade to the same brand and model line. So far I have not been disappointed. It seems just as sturdy and just as reliable as the previous model so I expect to be able to continue using it for years. Also the Samsung AI is much better integrated now. Bixby is there but not as invasive and the ai just does what it should. For instance the phone, without me telling it, now it has figured out i want it to run the driving routine and mute incoming texts and calls. Which is very helpful.
