Why i like Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Samsung Phone is Galaxy Y. I was so very very happy back then to have to it and use it. It is my first time to use android phone. Eversince then if ever there is a new released model that i can afford i would buy a new one. Now that Samsung that Phones have AI It is more exciting to use and convenient. I really want to have Samsung Ultra Phone or Samsung Flip. They were fast and advance than any other phones. It is more advance than iPhones. I hope i will be selected one of the winners. I would to use Ultra Phone or Flip phones. I love Samsung Gadgets.

Works great and kudos to Galaxy AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased S25 FE 2 weeks ago. So far the phone works great! I was able to enhance some old photos with Galaxy AI and remove unwanted objects from them. Galaxy AI is super helpful if I want to transcribe a meeting or any lecture notes. A great replacement for my previous S24 FE. Battery life is awesome! Lastly the lock screen insights using Galaxy AI are life savers. Kudos to Samsung.

Great choice of a phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is so clean, no crevices to get junk and grime stuck into. It's camera is amazing as well, 13.7x zoom is so helpful when I need to scan a qr code for something, or if I'm just taking pictures of the horizon, I use yhe camera every day at school to scan the daily attendance qr code from my seat even though it's on the door 2 rooms down. I use the galaxy AI feature every day for class, because it tells me answers to my problems so quickly, I just wish that I could have it on my chromebook because it's so efficient.

I love how the many new features this device has

Issues with performance and other related setings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since buying this phone I've encountered multiple issues, the biggest annoyance being the camera cutout. Sometimes when im scrolling down the cutout will move from below the selfie camera to the upper left corner. Not only does it move but it flickers as i scroll down. If i scroll fast enough the device starts to lag and it brings a terrible experience to a flagship phone. Next is the performance issue. While playing games such as pokemon go I've realized that the performance drops compared to my older device (pixel 6) in several other games as well. Despite having a game optimization button, I'm led to believe that this is going more harm then good. The galaxy ai is also buggy at times, when requesting to set a timer or alarm it'll bug out and it'll say that it does not have permission to do so despite doing so before. Please fix these issues. Until then i can't recommend this device.

The Galaxy AI features are amazing

Features like Generative Edit for photo manipulation, Circle to Search for visual searching, and Live Translate for real-time call and text translation are just 3 of the many features i can't live without now. I also enjoy using AI-assisted search: Improves visual search capabilities for finding products or information from images. Gemini integration: Brings the multimodal AI capabilities of Gemini to the device, powered by a large vapor chamber for smooth performance and hardware-based ray tracing for realistic graphics in gaming. Enhanced security: Uses Knox Enhanced Encryption Protection to secure personalized AI experiences. I am so glad we upgraded to the S25 Samsung Galaxy. My income has increased and I can work faster and easier than ever , thanks Team Samsung Galaxy!

Overheats

Own two S25s for 3+ months. Both phones randomly overheat while charging which seems to cause the battery to fully drain. Must wait for phone to cool down to recharge. Have followed Samsung's troubleshooting with no success. Working with Samsung authorized repair facility to address problem which means I have no phone and may face a complete loss of data. My S25 is not the only one at the repair facility with this issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
