[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S25 doesn't disappoint-packed with features joined with option filled Android-my only complaint would be-I wish Samsung would give you unlimited firmware upgrades-and not just 4 of them! Otherwise great product!!

Smooth operating system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always love getting a new phone but hate it at the same time because I have to move all my stuff over sign back into all accounts that parts a nightmare. This switch I went from the s24 to the s25 before the s24 hit the new update so when I got the s25 I was completely lost. Even tho my husband had been going on and on about the new update will be like getting a new phone. I love my phone I'm thankful for tiktok for showing me how to simplify my phone a little bit. I still don't know what all this phone can do my husband shows me new stuff every week when he sees me using the phone like an old Nokia.

Where's the "that's new" moment?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from Motorola to Samsung this week. The "Galaxy AI" does process faster than my MotoAI did. I also notice the processing speed is faster. Other than that, I am not impressed. Samsung doesn't offer many shortcuts and I liked having numerous gestures to make the device convenient. For example, the screenshot gesture doesn't always work. I have went through all the settings and I definitely feel like I went backwards with this purchase. I can't customize or utilize the options I enjoyed with my previous phone. The positives are the phone is fast and I haven't had too many glitches. Unfortunately, I haven't found any new capabilities. Even the Galaxy AI is only nice when it actually understands what I am saying; I have to use my keyboard a lot more. I am trying to stay optimistic and hopefully I can find some new capabilities soon...
