Doesn't keep a charge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love samsung products but mine does not keep a charge the battery is full but after 2hrs its about to die. I even charged it wirelesses thinking it would fix the problem but it has the same issue

Samsung Quality and Consistency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New UX is a huge improvement to the S10 I upgraded from. All input buttons are now on the right side of the phone. Battery is solid but not overly impressive and hence the reason for 4 stars.
The processor is lightning fast and with the upgraded memory at 256GB, I can run plenty of apps. Still undecided on camera as all of my S phones (3,6,10, and 22) had great cameras. Not sure on this one yet. As usual it came with a fair share of bloatware but most could be uninstalled. Samsung's Mover app is awesome. I feel like it's my old phone but on a better platform.
Sounds and mic are much improved. Oh and the seamless actions across apps is supposedly pretty good too.
Glad I bought it.
