[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had/was blessed with my Samsung A25 phone ( what I'm on/using to compose this review) for a year now. This is the best phone I've had. Knock on wood! I'm that person who loves taking pictures/videos of/with my child, of nature/flowers, taking screenshots of ideas for crafts/fun things to do with my child ect. The camera on this/my Samsung A25 phone is phenomenal! It wouldn't suprise me if there's different ways/things to take pics/videos with this phone/camera on phone. Matter of fact I have tried to explore into my camera on this phone and seen options I've never seen before. Because I had no clue what to do, & I'm/have been completely satisfied with the quality of this phone's camera/pics/videos, I opted out & just never really explored again. Thats how much I love how great of pictures this takes! I've never been able to learn much of technology. Pretty much the basics. And this is the most high tech phone I've had. Knock on wood. Like I said I absolutely love taking pictures! Other phones cameras just weren't what they could be/do justice. But this phones camera...especially with natural lighting..Beautiful!! Nature/flower pics are so amazingly detailed! Truly grateful!

Love it and still discovering it's features

Beautiful and vibrant colors , Galaxy AI... yes... everytime... yes. I will always get Samsung, support Samsung. I am still learning my phone and all its features after 3 years but enjoying every moment!

Perfect for me

The updates take some time to get used to. They move things around and add some cool things. The AI i was at first scared of . Ive recently started using it and its fantastic like talking to a friend who knows everything. I'm keeping it no reason to change whats not broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. The Galaxy AI has so many useful features. I’ve had it for several months now, and I’m still discovering new things my Galaxy can do. The Writing Assist feature is a lifesaver. I usually write well, but I make silly typos that can completely ruin the message I’m trying to send. Now those mistakes are fixed quickly before I hit send. The Live Transcribe feature also comes in handy during important morning meetings. And at family celebrations, I take tons of pictures, but many of them usually aren’t good enough to share. The photo editing tools on my Samsung can turn ordinary pictures into something that looks like a work of art.

Great hardware, frustrating AI can't be disabled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved Samsung Galaxy phones for their hardware. It's extremely well made with a premium feel and touches. Sadly, the software keeps getting worse with each update. I find myself using my Galaxy S24 more now than my Galaxy S25 due to the AI and Samsung specific changes to Android.

Samsung reliability makes me a repeat customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person using adaptive equipment to interact with the virtual world samsungs galaxy AI and accessibility features make my life far easier as a person who can not type easily-- even now im writing this message with voice assist!
My last samsung phone lasted 6+ years before it was time for an upgrade. As a person with a neurological disorder I used this device for almost all my virtual appointments and can handle a good amount of abuse with the right case-- I drop things often and it is still holding strong!
I went with the smaller model because phone weight is an important factor for me -- its easier to hold than most other standard models with the same if not better performance.
I will continue to buy these and other Samsung products (the watch is another great thing for vital tracking!) for the foreseeable future
