Battery issues, connection issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd like my Samsung phone if I actually had reception on my own deck. NOTHING WORKS.
Battery will not charge beyond 71%.
Dissatisfied is an understatement but we're still making payments on the phone.

Great features and camera

The galaxy AI is great for research and general questions. The memory capacity allows for easy and fast streaming and videos. Comfortable to hold, not too big or small. I love this phone!!!
